随着分布式电源大量接入配电网,其接入点的随机性和出力的不确定性给配电网的规划运营带来了新的问题。与此同时,用电负荷快速增长,峰谷差不断增大,城乡配电网“标准低、联系弱、低电压”等问题日益突出,负荷需求响应作为一种有效调节手段,在一定程度上可以缓解上述问题,但是要从根本上解决,需要引入储能技术。

分布式储能安装地点灵活,与集中式储能比较,减少了集中储能电站的线路损耗和投资压力。在配电网中合理地规划分布式储能,并调控其与分布式电源和负荷协同运行,不但可以通过削峰填谷起到降低配电网容量的作用,还可以弥补分布式出力随机性对电网安全和经济运行的负面影响。进一步,通过多点分布式储能形成规?;憔坌в?/span>,积极有效地面向电网应用,参与电网调峰、调频和调压等辅助服务,将有效提高电网安全水平和运行效率
